Visual Voicemail for Android mobiles

Hello!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 ( unlocked version ), and I have seen the the iPhone has visual voicemail.  Will there ever be a similar service released for android mobiles in the future?

@JamesBond As far as I'm aware, Visual Voicemail is already available for select Android devices. However, some users have had to download 3rd party apps to do so. Have you looked into your phone's current specs online, to see if Visual Voicemail is compatible?

Android supports visual voicemail out of the box as o2 UK supports it just fine. The difference here is Vodafone UK has chosen not to enable this feature for Android as supporting it will either cost them more, or they have an exclusivity deal with Apple.

It might be why their media reps don't like to answer questions about it directly. I will probably be switching to o2 soon as a result as Visual voicemail is actually super useful.
