These (V1) units have been working great for years.... one stopped working early last week...the other stopped over the weekend. No changes have been made locally.
I have attempted to reset the units.... they both have one light lit at the moment.

Ok... finally getting to the end of this.
i took Suresignal 21224657995 home... plugged it in and everything was ok.... I've now taken it back to work and we set it up outside the company firewall.... and again it works!
The other unit we have 21225097472 is still behind our firewall (and still not working). Ive spoken to the network guys here and they still say they havent changed anything. Is there a current document with the network ports and protocols that need opening for the V1 sure signal to work.
The network guys say they can see the unit NTP... then attempt to setup the VPN... but this is where it fails.
Also... I'm now getting txt messages saying that the sure signal locations have changed... this is due to me moving them for testing.... I have followed the instructions and entered the postcodes again (the same as postcode that was allready there).... but this doesnt seem to have stopped the txt messages. Can you stop them please!

I've resynched both to clear the location change, so give them a reset to pick that up.
