I have 2 active accounts on my credit report. One at 40 months and one at 12. I only have the account that's been running for 12 months and the old account was cancelled over a year ago.
I've spoken to customer services on numerous occassions and they've told me they can't find anything. The last advisor I got on live chat was so uninterested and rude and said "It will fix itself". Clearly it hasn't fixed itself as it's been well over a year that it's been closed!
Any ideas on who can I get in touch with that can actually resolve this and remove the old account from my credit file? :smileyfrustrated:
Thanks in advance

Hey Amy,
I'm sure the guys here will be able to put you in touch with the right team who'll be able to locate the old account and get it to show closed on your credit file.
I'm guessing all was OK balance wise when you closed it so it'll be showing on your file as an healthy account which is the silver lining here.
