2 iphones, only one connects to VSS

i have a new sure signal which is working with one iPhone 5 but not the other ie. one has full 3G, the other still saying no signal. Both are registered on the website. S/N of VSS is 42151671288

 

Any ideas?

I deleted the non working phone from the registered phones and re-entered it. I then left the system overnight. One of the phones is still working the other one still not working. What else can I do?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
