£20 credit but cannot access other websites

Hello !

I just purchased a Vodafone dongle off Amazon.co.uk. I have successfully installed it and I can access the vodafone website, however whenever I try to access another website I am redirected to the 'top-up' page. Now I have £20 credit included in my package ( which is confirmed by both my online Vodafone account and my dongle) so I assume there is a problem with the activation of my credit.

I would be grateful if you could help me with that issue.
