2015 Sure Signal no lights

My sure signal isn't working. Have tried rebooting and resetting to no avail. No lights on front of box at all. First registered Nov 2015. Serial no 40123301042 

Can this be fixed or replaced ?

A Sure Signal v1 or v2 can sometimes suffer from a failing power supply. A replacement can rectify this issue. One from a monitor or printer or one from eBay at around £10. 

Some Sure Signal v3 models have suffered from failures. Sure Signals are covered by a 24 month manufacturing warranty but even if thats expired they'll still help you with this situation as its a known issue. 

This is a long running thread Suresignal-V3-Overheated-Blew-Up-Exploded-Hot-Burnt-out-amp-Dead.

Please do unplug it asap.

@ian_burbidge Sorry to hear about your Vodafone Sure Signal Ian.

When was the last time you used it?  because If you've not used your Sure Signal for 12 months we will automatically de-register your device.

After this point it will not be possible to re activate this on our network and you'll need to order a new Vodafone Sure Signal.
