I have a iphone 6s and I have never been able to get any form of network on it except WIFI which is the only way i can use internet, when I am not able to get wifi it will say 4G at the top of the screen but it doesn't actually work.
My mobile data is all switched on and the settings seem to be correct. Vodafone looked at my phone before and couldn't find any problems. After all this fuss I just gave up trying to get it to work but now im off to uni i really need to get this sorted. I have rang services and they are going to send me a new sim to see if that helps.
I don't think I can remember the last time i ever had any 3G on any of my phones so is my number the problem? But when i asked this they said no. Can anyone help me???

@harrietbid18 Please download the My Vodafone app and check for any bars blocking data which may be on your account.
Go to - Offers and extras > Buys extras > Mobile data options > Bars.
If everything looks to be good, please let us know how you get on after your new SIM card has arrived.

I can't set up my vodafone app as you need to use data network which doesn't work.
