3g Braodband Sim

Hi just brought a Vodafone HSDPA/3G Broadband Pay AS You Go sim to use in an unlocked dongle,Ive instaled the Vodafone connect panel ,but when I try to connect I get error 619. If I change the APN from p.p internet to p.p vodafone.co.uk it will conect but can anyone tell me which taffif this would be on as I realy want to connect to the £15 1gb if possible Thanks

A very warm welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.

I had a look into this and to get the 1Gb allowence fro £15.00 you will need to be using the pp.internet APN. if yo use the other you will be charged the standard internet rate.

When I use the pp. internet setting I just get the Ras 619 error I,ve tried to install on 3 different pc,s with the same result

Where did you get your SIM from? We don't sell the broadband SIM wihtout buying the dongle too

It sounds like you're using a voice SIM rather than a data enabled one - I've sent you an email to the address you signed up with - reply to this for me and we'll get you sorted out
