I recently purchased a Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB stick. Following the instruction I got as far as registering and validating my email details which put me onto My Account page. The instructions now tell me I should click on the Register a Card Today icon to register my debit card so I can top up online.

The problem is, there is no Register a Card Today icon

All other links only take me to where I can register and validate my email details again only to tell me I am already registered. An attempt to email customer services only resulted in an error message page.

Can anyone tell me how I top up my mobile broadband online?

You're doing everything right on this one, I'm not sure why you're not seeing the Register icon though

What browser are you using to access the internet - we've had a few issues reported with people using Firefox - if you're on Firefox, can you try Internet Explorer and see if you can register that way?

If that doesn't help, give me a shout and we'll get our team on the case for you
