£5 bonus credit when topping up £10

When I ring 2345 it says there is an offer, top up £10 by 12th November and receive £5 bonus credit. I topped up on Monday but haven't received the offer

Does the text definitely say credit as this may be virtual credit which wouldn't sometimes show but is used up before your actual credit and lasts normally fkr 30 days (I think)

If you speak to Customer services via Live Chat from a computer they will be able to advise.

The full Ts&Cs for Bonus credit are available here, but you would normally receive a confirmatory text saying that it had been applied, or that it will be applied within the next 24 hours.

Even then, it can sometimes be hard to see that it has arrived - looking at your online account is usually the best bet, but 2345, option 2, option 1 and again option 1 might give you your current state of play.
