9360 curve

I just purchased an unlocked 9360 curve, with my vodafone pay as you go sim. i can sent text message, and make a call, but I cant surf internet. the only application that can be on line is the appworld, but i can only search for the apps, once i click download, is says i can connect with the app world and the error id is 40721. 

on the home screen, it is gprs, NOT GPRS.

I tried to regieter at the host routing tale, but after it told me the message has been sent, nothing happen anymore.

i also tried to set the apn, as a payg sim, the apn should be pp.vodafone.co.uk  is that right?

I hope someone can help me, this is my first blackberry ever......and i will be very appreciating if u can help me.

my email has stopped working on my BB 9360 curve and i am trying to reset but it is saying a service connection is unavailable. Help please. i have no idea where to begin

Welcome to the eForum.

Do you have BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) activated?

If this is already activated, could you confirm if any other services are down?
