A Question On The Returns Policy

Hi there

first post so take it easy.. I recently joined vodafone (2 days ago infact) buying the samsung s8000 jet. Its a very nice little phone but Im having second thoughts

Looking at the website I can see that you can get an HTC magic for essentially the same contract - £25/mnth for 100 min calls 500 texts and mobile internet.

I bought my phone from one of the vodafone shops and have used it in the last couple of days but obviously its still within 14days old. Can I exchange it or am I stuck with this phone now?

Stores no longer offer a returns policy since the handset is demonstrated to you in store.

The returns policy for online and telesales 'distant selling' has been changed from 14 days to 7 days.
