I have recently upgraded and I am having trouble setting up my new sim card- when I do the online swap form it says the code I'm putting in is wrong!(which it isnt!)
I have tried ringing customer services and have selected practically every option to try and get through to an operator but to no avail as they are all automated responses. Started to get very frustrated now!!! How can I speak to someone to help me sort this out? All I want to do it set up my new phone.
