Is it possible that the tech team can confirm that a sim only account was canceled on the 7/6/17. On the 4/6/17 I applied for a sim only contract. Cut a long story short, while applying I had a touch of finger trouble, and ended up with two contracts. I immediately phoned CS when the two sim cards were delivered and was assured that one of the accounts would be cancelled within 24 hours. Today, however I have had a letter saying that I owe £18 for this account and threatening all sorts of cruel and inhuman punishments. I have the account number of the canceled account but not the phone number. I will not put the account number on this forum for security reasons. If one of the tech team could get in touch I would be very grateful.
