Account gone into default ?!!

Hi, so long story short i had quite a large overdue payment with Vodafone, after over a month of contacting Vodafone daily to fix this issue I finally resolved it and I was told as long as my account was clear by 5th November, that I would not be put into default! 

 

Since  then I have made a payment plan and have one last payment which would be cleared before the default date and my service is already switched back on but after checking my credit score today I have been told there is a default with Vodafone on my account. 

 

Can someone please contact me in regards to this issue because I was told time and time again by Vodafone colleagues that the issue was on there end in terms of why I couldn’t set up a payment plan and now it’s been resolved I shouldn’t have been put into default?!

@Deeyx - If your account has had an overdue balance or a payment arrangement in place, this can show on your credit report.
