IHi
I currently have an account with Vodafone, I got my credit check back and it is saying that I have an account in default. I did previously leave Vodafone for a couple of years but joined again about 5 years ago. How do I go about checking whether there is an account in default and why would there be one if I’m still a customer now and have never been told about it?
Thanks

Hi
You could either phone customer service on 191 and they'll get the relevant department to investigate or let the Vodafone Social Media Team on this forum catch up with your post and they'll engage with you.
Some info > Default-on-your-Credit-File-And-How-to-add-a-Notice-of-Correction.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

@Jrbull123 - One of the credit specialists in my team can check if there’s been a default from us and why. So that they can access your account, please get in touch by following the steps in this private message.
They'll then make sure that everything is as it should be! 🙂
