Account number or PIN to register

Hi,

Trying to get my account number or PIN to register. I've texted account and my postcode to vodafone but get a text back saying they can't send me my account number. I can't find the account number on the paperwork - signed up at carphonewarehouse and only have invoice - doesn't appear to have account number on it.

Any hekp appreciated

Hi peterj1974,

On your invoice at the top right hand side, there’ll be a nine digit number this is your account number.

If you cannot find it, please give us a call on 191 or have a chat with us online.
