Hi there I hope you can help
I have had an online account for my PAYG mobile phone for quite a while now. Recently I purchased a mobile dongle and now wish to register that so I can top it up online as well.
Is there anyway I can register it with my current account? or do I have to set up a new account and operate them independently? If it is the latter then that really sucks
Hope fully this is possible.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Nick

Hi peeps
Nick - firstly, welcome to the eForum from all of the team here!!
As your accounts are both Pay as You Go you would have to register them both seperately for the online service. This is because each PAYG number shows seperatley within our systems.
mwills - If both the numbers you want to register are business numbers on the same acount then this will be fine if one of them is PAYG then it will be the same as Nick and both numbers will need to registered seperatley.
Check out this page if you ever have any questions on using your Mobile Broadband
See you round the forum!

my phone is a business contract, the broadband is normal pay monthly contract (through carphone warehouse).
i need to be able to log into my online account to view my usage for my mobile broadband, however the phone is already registered to my email address.
how can i get an online account for the mobile broadband? i can register it to another email address if i must.

Hi mwills,
As your numbers are both on separate accounts then you would need to register them both for My Account separately. I can appreciate it might be a bit of a pain but you would need to use separate email addresses as each email address can only be registered with one My Account page.
I trust that clarifies matters for you

Hi anticks,
You would need still need to register them both separately on My Account, If you use your email address as a username for one you will have to pick something else for the other account.
Hope that clear things up for you
If there is anything else, just let me know.
Thanks

I have two pay monthly Sim Only plans - can I view them under the same online account/profile?
