I've been trying to add a user to my sure signal account to use on my new sure signal device. i keep getting an error message. I've tried a few times to add it. i cant get hold of anyone on web chat and the queue on the phone is too long.
the error i keep getting is
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004
what do i need to do to resolve this and get the user added, otherwise i think i am going to have to return this device and get my money back!

If your having issues through the new Dashboard in adding another Vodafone Mobile number then you will need to perservere with 191 or Live Chat via a computer. Try clearing your caches and cookies and or try another browser.
