A friend has given me their Sure Signal V3 which is in working order. For some reason I can't register it and keep getting the following error message:
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013
Please can someone help me?!

Hi there,
Your friend would have to de-register it from his account for you to be able to use it. He would also need to change the address as well.
