Trying to add additional users and get the error below repeatedly

I had this problem too, I solved it by putting in the first name and surname.. I was only putting in a first name and leaving the other box blank, that was giving me the error message

Can you please provide us with your Sure Signal serial number, so I can take a closer look into this?

I'm getting same message - since trying yesterday PM numerous times to add users.

Unit serial number is 21229593922

Any ideas?

I am getting the same we are experiencing technical issues when I try and manage my sure signal - Its really important that I get a new phone number added as we have no voda signal in our house.

 

my sure signal serial is 40112312133

I cannot add a user to my sure signal...keeps saying there is an an error try later.
