Hi Have a new VSS today and its been plugged in for 3hrs now and still not setup: see my tracert below :

Any thoughts ?

Oh my serial Number is 42144722453

 

My Internert connection is over 10mbs 

My my IP at the moment is 151.224.88.236 (Sky)

Any one have any ideas ?

Has this now started working now?

 

I can see this has made connection to the Vodafone network on 15 January at 12.27 am.

 

If you’re still having issues, please take a look out Sure Signal trouble shooter.
