This morning the Orange Intenet light was flashing. I have carried out the following tests:
Reset the router (BTHomehub4)
Rest the Suresignal 3 about 10 times
Carried the tests reommended
traceroute 212.183.133.177
traceroute to 212.183.133.177 (212.183.133.177), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

and still it will not work.
I either get the First light being a solid (or flashing orange) or the Internet light flashing Orange. When it works it is great but when it goes wrong it is so frustrating. I have checked that the Sure Signal is registered and it appears that it is according to My Vodafone. I have no signal without the Suresignal where I am. Please I need help urgently. It has run for 4 months without any issues until now.

suspect you are a victim of a service drop out affecting some of us - see other posts.
I have two SureSignals and a similar EE box
Both suresignals have the same down status whereas EE box and all other internet services are fine
QED: Vodafone server problem, not the SS
