After looking at my credit report today I noticed a default dated July 2014, I haven't had an account with Vodafone for well over 6 years. I just Spoke to Vodafone after waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes and then trying to explain the situation for another 10 minutes only to be told that the credit report agencies were now closed and I would have to go through all this again tomorrow. What a joke. The account is a settled but still a default when there shouldn't be

Hi @Smayne
Yes this will have to go through the relevant department but I’m surprised they are now closed at this time ?
I’d suggest to ring tomorrow in the morning.
We have a Vodafone Social Media Team here who read al, posts so you could wait until they reach yours.
Here is a Help Thread I put together which also talks about a Notice of Correction.
