I have searched through the existing topics and tried all the suggestions (reset etc) and still I have the problem which is lights 1, 2 and 4 are all on and solid with a weak signal to all three phones in the house ad no 3G on any of them (although they are all capable of receiving it)
Speed Test results Download 3.72Mbps Upload 0.69 Mbps (although when I did this earlier in the week it was about 20% higher)

Hi IanK,
Everything is fine with your speed test, ping test and traceroute.
Your IP address is on our whitelist so no problems there either.
I’ve sent your serial number to our support team asking them to push the latest version of firmware to your device.
This will be sent out in the next 24 hours so for the moment, pleasese don’t do any resets or unplug the Sure Signal.

Thank you, will do - I'm away on business for a few days so will check back in over the weekend but ask thoe left in the house to keep an eye on it (and not turn it off) 🙂
