Hi there michaelsan,
The light sequence indicates the VSS is still setting up.
How long have the lights been like this?
Can I ask which equipment you're using with the VSS?
There's a BT issue we're aware of here.

no bt hub, just on bt internet ISP lights have been the same for over 24 hrs

Hi michaelsan,
As the same thing is happening with two different Sure Signals it would indicate that there is a problem with it using your broadband connection to authenticate.
We need to give this a go on a non BT broadband connection to see if the same thing happens.
Although you aren’t using a home hub the network routing may still be the same, meaning you may still be affected by the issue mentioned by Lee.

BT have confirmed no blocking on their side and line all ok, however they did advise that they've recently had an upsurge in calls regarding vodafone suresignals.
As stated other threads this problem started 2 -3 weeks ago, my router is the same and no changes have been made, my previous sure signal had worked fine up to this date. This is obviously a routing issue with either yourselves or BT and the time taking to resolve the problem is a major issue

power light constant, internet light flashing slowly.
after a while power light flashes internet light goes off and 3rd and 4th light on orange, then unit restarts and goes to internet light flashing slowly again
taking my suresignal box to another ISP, surely this is already pointing at an issue with either your routing config or BT's
