Hi all
My Sure Signal V3 has stopped working today 30/6. Nothing works to get it rebooted.
It has been fine for the last 30 days but I am wondering if it is a repeat of the same issue which shut it down at the end of last month 31/5 for about 24hrs, (when it seems many others were affected too).

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue. If it doesn't, please post back here, providing the information requested. The eForum Team will also need you to include the following:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
Please provide as much information as you can so that the eForum Team have the details they need to assist you with your issue.

Thanks for the posts.
It is working again this morning - nothing else has changed (broadband or powersupply) so I am going to assume there is an end of the month gremlin in the sure signal servers at Vodafone.
I will be interested to see if it happens again on July 31st..
