I was told multiple times I was guarenteed one by people on Live Chat but nothing has shown up and now I'm being told they don't know when I'll get one. I pre-ordered one at 08:01 on the 9th...

I've spoken to numerous people on Live Chat who all told me completely different stories and I have no idea when a clear answer will be forthcoming.

Was promised one today but it has not arrived. 3 Voda chaps have suggested (but not confirmed) that Voda have not received any plus models. The local Voda store (Uxbridge) has historically had the plus models on launch morning but nothing today - in any colour.
