Hi. 2 apps that i have been using for a couple of years now (Tune-In and Mixcoud) have suddenly stopped working today on 4g. They are fine on wi-fi. Any thoughts on why this would be? Also the Vodafone app has not updated any data or call use since the 18th.

Hi
The first thing I'd suggest to do is close the apps down and turn your phone Off and On and then relaunch them.
Ensure the area your in isn't having any 3g issues via the network Checker > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm
Check in your phones settings that the app permissions allow data use.

Thank you so much for your reply Lee. Mobile data on my phone had somehow switched itself off. I defo didn't do it, i have no reason to.Very
strange. All sorted now though thanks to you. I would never have thought of even checking that.
