BT Home Hub 3 issues - fixed with BT Home Hub 4?

I have just seen a post saying that if your still experiencing problems connecting your VSS to a BT Home Hub 3 then you should speak directly to BT to upgrade to BT Home Hub 4.

 

Can anyone tell me if this is likely to fix the connection issues and if so are BT offering the upgrade for free?

Hi adrian109, 

 

The campatibility issues with the Home Hub 3 have been fixed with the Home Hub 4 so you shouldn't experience connection issues. 

 

You would need to speak to BT about the options of upgrading to the new version.
