BT Home hub 5 sure signal no service

Have just changed from virgin to BT for broadband. Initially the suresignal worked without any changes. Now, all lights bar the in use one are green, opened ports 8, 50, 123, 500, 1723 and 4500. All set to "any" protocol. Port clamping enabled.

 

Suresignal and router both reset on numerous occasions.  Am able to ping suresignal.

 

Mobile states has no service, when the mobile is near the suresignal unit it looses the connection it has via mobile phone coverage.

 

Advice to resolve this please

I can see that you connected with the device late last night, are you still having difficulties?

 

If so, please can you let me know what lights you're seeing and perform a traceroute for me?

 

VSS Traceroute command


On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
