Against my better judgement, decided to stay with Vodafone.
So have agreed a deal on a Note 8. Delivery is supposed to be tomorrow.
And no contact from DPD on delivery.
Trying to track the order on http://www.vodafone.co.uk/shop/existing-customers/track-my-order/
and coming up with a message
campaigns.vodafone.co.uk took too long to respond.
Really poor as not sure whether to take a day off.

Have you received the tracking email from Vodafone @Getafix ?
Ive not seen the Samsung Note 8 on delay anywhere so hopefully you won’t be affected by that way.
If this was my situation apart from phoning 191 I’d give the Courier a quick call too.
Nice choice of phone model if you don’t mind me saying.

Yes, did get the tracking email with EDM no. That is where I got the link for the Tracking Page.
Tried on Saturday and Sunday. Did not work.
And to make thing interesting, the Text regarding SIM card, has been sent to my other Line being used by my Daughter.
Believe it is a good phone, but let's see, when I get it. I hope that DPD sends a text beforehand.

Im sure you’ve tried but can I ask if you’ve tried the generic clearing of browser Data & Cache or use another browser.
As i say perhaps think about ringing Vodafone and the courier.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the Note 8 both on Hardware and Software implementation.
Ive used it and convinced myself its a tad too long and await the Samsung Galaxy s9 ! But my decision process is faltering

Tried it on 4 different PCs, and 7 browser in total.
And 2 browser are set to clear everything when they are closed.

The Tracking site is now working and have managed to check the order.
DPD has it and it is out for delivery. However no contact from DPD.
And the Tracking Site worked on a Browser that I have not cleared the cache or History, so something to do with the Vodafone Website.

It might follow.
However most sims sent out are now multi sims where they push out.
Is yours ?
If not then my move would be to pop into a Vodafone Store and have a sim swap.
Plus side is you got the phone
While your out utilise the time to perhaps look for a case.

I had a Nano SIM with Adapter in the Note 4, however I wanted to change to NFC Enabled. The Vodafone store in Oxford only had that in Micro SIM,
Will see if I can get to a Store this evening.
Case is already ordered.
