Does anyone continually have problems with the monthly bill being incorrect. No matter how many times I complain they never get it right

No they keep crediting my account then net month it is wrong again

Well that's certainly not a long term solution by Vodafone:(
If this was my situation I'd ask Customer Services on 191 to escalate this as an official complaint and invoke Vodafones Complaint Process. There is an online form you can use.
