Against my better judgement, decided to stay with Vodafone.
So have agreed a deal on a Note 8. Delivery is supposed to be tomorrow.
And no contact from DPD on delivery.
Trying to track the order on http://www.vodafone.co.uk/shop/existing-customers/track-my-order/
and coming up with a message
campaigns.vodafone.co.uk took too long to respond.
Really poor as not sure whether to take a day off.

By the time I got to the Shop it was closed. Keeping fingers crossed that there is one in the post.

Just got my contract through.
Instead of £100 upfront have been charged £200.
3 days and no sign of the SIM.
Not sure why I am paying such a high monthly price.
So throwing in the towel and have asked for returns envelope.
Shame, as seems to be good handset.

Must say, the Return Process very really smooth sailing.
Requested the Returns Envelope on 18Oct (Late in the day). Got it on 21Oct. Handed the phone in at my Local Post Office yesterday at 1645, Vodafone received it at 0857 and Tariff changed back at 1211.
