Bad service in egypt vodafone

Hello,I am from egypt and i have a contact with vodafone Egypt costumer  service because i have no signal at my home while it’s strong outdoors and i need to buy the device which strengthen signal and i made 4 complains with no replay within one year and i went to vodafone branch in banha city and i didn’t find any help and they told me to call the customer service again .... please help me how can i buy this device as soon as possible!!

Hi @Ahmed_alkaid this forum is for Vodafone UK and is not linked to Vodafone Egypt, they are separate companies and share only a brand name. You need to try and contact Vodafone Egypt.

In the UK the device is called a Sure Signal which creates a 3g signal in the home that works off Home Broadband WiFi. They may have something similar. 

 

These are usually purchase via the networks online shop site , Vodafone Network High Street Stores or by speaking with your countries Vodafone Customer service and placing the order over the phone. 

I do sympathise that experiencing non existent signal or intermittent signal can be frustrating.
