Hi all,
I've not been able to check my data/balance usage online for the last few days keep getting "sorry unavailable" message, tried contacting customer services got the same massage” sorry unavailable" anybody else have problems checking there balance etc. I've had this problem in the past but it was put right within a few hours this time it's been going on for days.

The only way you can get this information is if you are on a contract then on your accounts page it tells you the minuts, texts and more inportantly how much of your data pack you have used. Vodafone does not do tha same for Payg so yes if you go over you end up paying more. i have been using the Onavo App on my smart phone, available on the android market free. it seems to do a decent enough job of working out your balance..hope this helps, and hope Vodafone get round to making the system they use to moniter contract data allowences available for us on payg...

I'm having a similar issue - when I login there's a 'tile' left 'loading' which I presume would show my usage. This never appears to load for me.

Thanks for posting. Is this a feature that's ever worked or has it always been an issue? Also do you know which model and software version you're running? I am also having this issue, currently using a rolling monthly contract for a 4g dongle, the service still works for my mobile though.

I'm having the same problem. I've just swichted to vodafone.
