Balance/data usage check

Hi all,

I've not been able to check my data/balance usage online for the last few days keep getting "sorry unavailable" message, tried contacting customer services got the same massage” sorry unavailable" anybody else have problems checking there balance etc. I've had this problem in the past but it was put right within a few hours this time it's been going on for days.

Just checked and everything's working for me now, :smileyhappy:  

Mine's OK as well now.

Getting the same problem again since last night, dashboard just gives me prepaid credit and no actual data usage and website account page also just gives prepaid balance and usage section has gone altogether.

Got the same problem. Had my new vodafone account for more than a week now, but never managed to check my balance online

just responded to pm filled in form etc and then I get: Customer Notice. Sorry...
This service is unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to resolve the issue, and hope to restore the service soon.
