Balance/data usage check

Hi all,

I've not been able to check my data/balance usage online for the last few days keep getting "sorry unavailable" message, tried contacting customer services got the same massage” sorry unavailable" anybody else have problems checking there balance etc. I've had this problem in the past but it was put right within a few hours this time it's been going on for days.

Same here not been able to check usage/balance since sat 21st. Thought maybe it was just me.

Hi mate, it's a problem at voda's end, had the problem before but they semed to fix it within a few hours (24 max) but this as been going on a while.

I've had the same problem for a few days as well

im having the same problem cant see balance dont even get a error message, also cant top up
