I get 40% off my Vodafone sim only contract. I have the £19/month 16GB plan, u texts , u mins (+ spotify included) so expect to pay £11.40 a month. (the reason I moved from Three) I took out the plan in March and the bill was fine until June. Luckily, I checked my online banking and saw that £19.20 was taken in June and July (no extra charges). It looks like your billing system defaulted to the "original price" plan, £32 / month (which I don't imagine anyone took out)....ie 0.6 x £32 = 19.20
Anyway, it has been resolved through online chat and I have been credited around £70 but I imagine I am not the only person affected.
