Have you established what the "over charge" is for ?
Ie: Some certain numbers don't come out of your allowance of minutes and texts can convert to MMS.
Vodaphone customer services via phone or Live Chat will be able to clarify for you and return your account to activated when this has been resolved.
Way to contact Vodaphones customer services are in the 'Contact Us ' link at the foot of the forum.
