Blackberry Internet Service

Hello can anyone help me I opted into the blackberry Internet service and it activated and worked then I turned my data services off just to check if it would work through wifi and It didn't so I turned my data back on and my bbm isn't working there should be a blackberry logo at the top right hand corner but it isn't showing can anyone help please? The mobile I'm using is blackberry Z10

I don't think this is a BIS issue on your z10 as the new OS10 devices do not use BIS to access the internet or blackberry services any more.

As long as you can access the internet, then all other blackberry flavoured features should also work.

Hopefully the troubleshooting links above sort you out, it does sound like something data flavoured is still turned off from your testing.

With Z10 you don't need BIS. So suggest you get it switched off as having BIS with OS10 does cause conflivt at time.
