Hi All,
I recently changed the password for my email account and received a message on my phone saying that I needed to validate the change in password. I tried to access email accounts under set-up to do this however it does not open and when I then try and exit the set-up the phone freezes. I can access all other items under set-up as normal.
I then deleted the email account from the service book and re-registered the device via the host routing table to see if this would help. I got a message saying the device has been registered however there is no sign of my email acccount so I now can't send or receive emails on my phone.
Can anyone help?
