Blackberry internet service not working

Hi, my blackberry Internet services have stopped working. I have phoned customer services several times and have done everything possible they have advised and still no joy. They have only been working the last few months when connected to a wireless router so I updated my software on my blackberry and now they don't work at all.

In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that my phone is only connecting to Blackberry servers intermittently.  Is that a network issue?  When I'm on wi-fi, the BB logo appears and the emails come through.  When not on wifi, they don't.  If I switch mobile network off and back on, the BB logo comes back and emails come through (even when not on wi-fi) but then after a couple of hours it seems to disconnect again - BB logo disappears and emails only work on wi-fi again.  Is anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks Laura, however it seems to all be ok again now - I'm not having any problems with the BlackBerry email. Might have just been a temporary glitch!
