Sim registration

i bought a Vodafone data SIM PAYG 2GB for my Lenovo Tablet - the SIM is recognized and the notification area show 3 bars 3G H however it will not register on the network - i've tried every APN and password user name combination on the vodafone website with no luck - i've registerd for a 'my vodafone' account and topped up the card however when i go to 'my Vodafone' to find out how much top-up i have it gives an error and says come back later - Any thoughts?

It can take up to 24 hours for the SIM card to be active on the network.

Try turning the phone off and on again and if this isn’t working for you, speak to our Live help team.
