Blocked IP ranges

Hi,

 

We're a UK ISP who were recently assigned new IP ranges by RIPE and have noticed that customers on our new IP ranges are unable to use their Sure signal devices. This is presumably because our new IP's are being firewalled by yourselves. We have verified this by routing the same devices over our previous ranges, which enables them to connect fine.

 

If possible can you forward this range onto the relevent department or provide me with the details for somebody at Vodafone we can contact regarding this. 

 

The affected range is 31.205.0.0/16

Quick update, my IP is now 94.171.195.131
Dynamically its goiing to need to be 94.171.xxx.xxx that's whitelisted.......

Please can i have my ip adrresses checked against the white list asap

I really wish to get this ss box working, ive already cancelled 1 contract over this.

Bigtony, this is your routers internal IP address. Please go here and pick up your external IP address, it's the one Vodafone sees you as.

Many thanks for your details here. I am currently going through a number of threads on the eForum regarding the same issue and collating these details to be sent over to our support teams for further investigations.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry to see that this has frustrated you.

 

We have checked the IP address here and this is not showing as a recognised IP address, please could you supply an external IP address which can be found here and we will gladly check our whitelist.

The IP address range is indeed correct please do an nslookup on mailgate.petersandpeters.com and you will see that our public IP is

We have a customer who has recently moved officesl they used to use an ADSL connection at their old office, but now they are using a leased line for their internet connection, and their external facing IP is 188.64.34.50 - is it possible to see if their IP is blocked, as their Sure Signal also doesn't work at the moment...
