This is the second time this has come up in the last few days and I'm wondering whether there's an issue with an update.
If you've updated the operating system recently, it would be worth trying a factory reset. This is normally advised after updating, especially with Samsung devices, as it clears out any bits of the old code that are hanging round. Don't forget to back up your content first. Actually, it might be worth resetting anyway. If that doesn't clear it, there's another problem, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
