2 days ago i moved from a PAYG sim to the new RED plan, which included minutes, txts, data etc. I dodnt have to swap my sim and i can keep my own number. It finally started working today,or so i thought. I cannot seem to set up my e-mail so i can receive messages from my work. The gprs is in lower case (this may be relevent...or not). Ive sent WEB to 40127 and nothing, ive waited for hours! Ive phoned customer services 4 times, on 3 occasions no one seemed to know what was happening and each time i was passed from person to person. In the space of 30 minutes i was transferred 5 times and still no solution! Please someone help.

Morning Faye, Just read your mail. This, as i'm sure you've figured out, a provisioning issue and needs addressed at Vodafone's side, and a little bit of work with your phones host routing table needing redone. I noticed you've spoke to them a few times. Perhaps they could pass you to the technical team, to have the provisioning checked.
