My mobile pay as you go account, which I use for mobile broadband, has an unused credit which I will not need immediately. By unused I mean it has not been converted to a data pack purchase yet. I would like to be able to use it to top up my pay as you go mobile which has a different number but would like to be able to do it in portions online from My Account rather than in one go and to leave an unused balance where it is for now. I have moved to ADSL and therefore would keep the said credit available for when the ADSL goes offline. Is this possible?

I believe that it is no longer possible to transfer credit between 2 PAYG numbers.

I doubt that this can be done.  The general policy is it is not possible to transfer credit between numbers, the credit is also already with an alternative provided service.

 

You will need to leave the credit where it is or active the data pack and use the credit.
