Call Transfers

We have the blackberry classic on vodafone one net. Can someone please explain how to transfer calls between devices? Thanks

What exactly should i press on my blackberry to get a new call. The only option i have is add a call and this goes into the conference call mode and then wont allow the middle call to dip out.

Hi @markjohnstone06 

If you hit the menu key when the second call comes in, there should be an option for 'Answer - Hold Current'.

If you can't see it, the provisioning may not be set up on your line yet. Your One Net account manager can arrange this for you if so.
