Calls Failing

Been having calls failing going on for a week now. Got a new SS box, got BT tech guys checking the port forwarding on my BY Hub2 infinity, got Vodafone guys pinging the system and checking the up/down load speed all is fine and still I can not make calls, I can receive calls alright though.
The SS worked fine , left home for a month and been unable to make calls ( call failed) since I came back.
Can someone help me please. Thanks Francesco

Yes I keep on trying without success , still not able to make any calls. I see that "this issue with BT" is going on since 5th of May, long time not to be able to make calls for SS Vodafone customers.
Ant idea about if and when the BT issue will be resolved?
I can not wait months or even weeks to use my mobile and unless a solution is found soon I will have to change carrier, I do not want to but.....do I have a different choice?
Meanwhile doesn't Vodafone think to be fair to advise its customers about the system problem before they buy SS?
I feel I have been kind of misled by the SS advertising and I really would have thought it over again if I was told of this problems before spending quite a bit of money for something is not working.

Well gents the SS all of a sudden started to work again, I can now make calls.
I haven't done anything , resetting or re sync the phone or the SS for the last two days, actually the only thing I have been doing was to explore different carriers solutions.
Tech guys have you done or request BT to do something about it and it is over for good now?
Well not sure what to do now, stick to SS or not?
